Salming Sport AB complies with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act as well as the Swedish Distance and Door-to-Door Act. To place an order, a customer must be of legal age (18 years or older), or have the consent of a legal guardian. A customer refers to a natural person.
Placing an order for Salming Sport AB's products is performed via salming.com. Received orders are confirmed by means of a written order confirmation via e-mail.
Salming Sport AB shall consider an order binding only once an order confirmation has been received by the customer.
Salming Sport AB reserves the right to deny a purchase. All orders are considered binding. If you have placed an order in error, you are required to contact us immediately.
If an ordered item is out of stock, the product will be removed from your order. We will reimburse the amount pertaining to the removed item or we will amend the invoice.
All prices are stated in GBP and are inclusive of Swedish VAT (currently at 25 %). All prices are subject to VAT increases and other price adjustments beyond the control of Salming Sport AB, who reserves the right to apply these. A shipping fee (GBP 5.0) will be applied to purchases under GBP 50.

Situations may arise which make it impossible for us to fulfill an order, for example, if our suppliers are unable to fulfill their obligations to us. In the event of a return, as a customer you are required to send back the product within 60 calendar days from the date that you received the product. If the product is not returned within the prescribed time, the Right to Cancel is forfeited.
Intimate products are not covered by the Right To Cancel. Male and female underwear are included in this category. Skincare and haircare products, as well as perfumes, cannot be exchanged or returned if their original packaging has been opened. Products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. If the quality of the product is affected due to you, as a customer, having handled the product more than is deemed necessary to inspect its features or functions, we shall appraise the value of the product as having depreciated by 100 %. Salming Sport AB reserves the right to charge the customer for anything missing or omitted. The customer is required to pay for return shipping costs. Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted. We will reimburse you as soon as we have received the returned product. Pursuant to Swedish law, we are afforded 14 days to perform the reimbursement, but our goal is to do this as swiftly as possible.
Salming Sport AB complies with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act with respect to claims. Therefore, we undertake to exchange incorrect or defective products at no extra charge. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture attached and explain the reason for the claim. This will facilitate the claims process.
Remember to never accept a package with visible damage or defects which may affect the condition of the item ordered. In such a case, register a claim directly with the UPS Access Point at the access point and request that they return the package to Salming Webstore along with a written reason for the return. Then send an e-mail to email@example.com to inform us of the return.

If for some reason you don’t pick up your package, you must pay the cost of shipping and any freight charges. Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee, currently GBP 10. The fee is charged in arrears. If payment is not received claims will be forwarded to a debt collection service. No exceptions are made.
