Where is my package?

Once we have packaged your products and they have left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number. This number allows you to track the status of your order in real-time. 

How can I contact your Customer Service Department?

How much does shipping cost?

UPS Standard: EUR 7.5 (free delivery for purchases over EUR 120).

How do I make a return?

Mail us at webstore@salming.com and inform us of which products you wish to return and include your order number. We will send you a returns form, which you can use to hand in your package at your nearest UPS Access Point. We will reimburse you/amend the invoice as soon as we receive the returned product. If you would like to exchange your product for one of a different size, please place a new order. Return shipping costs EUR 7.5.

How long is the cooling-off period?

If you change your mind, you have 60 days in which to return your product(s).
