Instruction 1

Ideally you start out by using one hand. Being left hand side shooter you will be using your right hand, and being right hand side shooter vice versa. At first it's all about being able to keep the ball in the Skills claw area of the blade when performing the circular move on the ground.

Once you succeed in doing this part, lifting the ball off the ground into the air (at your right foot) will come naturally. You need to hold the stick/blade with a few degrees angle when making the left-turn move.

After that you will need to make the stick and blade turn around it's own center some degrees coming into the left-turn part of the movement (at your left foot). This will enable you to keep the ball attached to the blade once you turn to the right again.

Once you learned to manage the one hand part of the Skills move, you add the left hand for support in order to perform more advanced moves such as LeftSpin and the even more advanced move - the RightSpin.

Instruction 2

Picking up the ball and throwing it behind my back towards the left crossbar area. Provided you do this at high speed, it is an excellent way of fooling the goalie to go right while placing the ball to the left.

Instruction 3

Go right and shoot the ball between your legs while in the move, placing the ball to the left. Easy to do at low speed. Aim low - let the ball pass only a few centimeters over the goalies right leg.

Instruction 4

Pretending to put the ball at the lower left goal post, making the goalie throw himself in that direction. While doing so, I do a Spinn-around placing the ball at the right goal post.

All alone with the goalie? This is a simple and effective way to score - not to mention the wow-factor ;-)

Instruction 5

While pretending to make a wrist shot, pick up the ball and make a quick Spin-around and place the ball close to the right goal post.

A perfect move if the goalkeepers view is blocked by a defender, making him believe that you are about to unleash a wristshot instead of that spectacular Spin-around move.

Instruction 8

Are you facing impressive defense? Are the defenders bigger and bolder than yourself? Then this is the Skills move to unlock that defense.

Being a crowdpleaser as you probably are - you can also throw the ball behind your back, over yourself and the defender, run around and catch the ball coming down.

Instruction 9

Pretend to go left but go to the right, in order to place the ball next to the goal post.

Instruction 10

Pretend to go to the right and then go to the left placing the ball in the net. If the defender is placed at the right goal post - this is a Skills-move that will make him run for his money.

Usually this is considered to be the wrong side for a Skills-move, which means that it is a little bit harder to perform. As if that would stop a Skills-wizard.

Instruction 11

Pretend to go left and then make a Spinn and go to the right in order to place the ball next to the goal post.

This Skills-move requires speed, technique and feel. Spinning around 180° you got to know (by trained instinct) where the goal post is.

Instruction 12

His cunning Skills-move enables you to cheat the the goalie into believing that you will go around the goal.

As he turns his head and makes himself ready to cover the right part of the goal - you stop your move, throw the ball over the goal and shoots the ball into the net.

Please note, do not throw the ball to high in the air or too far away from the goal - that will enable the goalie to get back into position and cover your shot.

Instruction 13

Is the defender positioned close to the goal post? This Skills-move will outwit him, the trick is to be faster than the defender.

Pretend to go to the right and then go to the left, make a Spinn and place the ball as close as possible to the goal post.
