Feint School

Feint 1 Rasmus

Every floorball player should know how to deke its opponents. The first step in a deke is the feint or the move.

Rasmus is simultaneously stick handle the ball to the left of his body with a body move. The slight body move is the key to get the defender out of balance.

The second step after you made you move is to stick handle the ball back through the defenders legs or between the leg and stick to the far right hand side and separate yourself from the player and accelerate in order to get away from the defender. Rasmus use his body to protect the ball.

Every floorball player should know how to deke its opponents. The first step in a deke is the feint or the move.

Rasmus is simultaneously stick handle the ball to the right of his body with a body move. The slight body move is the key to get the defender out of balance.

The second step after you made your move is to move the ball over to far left and separate yourself from the player and accelerate in order to get away from the defender. Try not to stick handle the ball near the opposing player, move it to a safe place. Rasmus use his body to protect the ball.

Feint 1 Danne

Every floorball player should know how to deke its opponents. In this feint Danne is using only his forehand side of the blade to stickhandle the ball from right to left twice quickly to get the defender out of balance.

As the second step Danne lifts the ball with the top of his blade passed the defender and separate himself from the defender and accelerate in order to get away from the defender and create enough space for taking a shot towards the goal.

Feint 2 Danne

Every floorball player should know how to deke its opponents. The first step is faking a sweep shot, then instead Danne is doing a 360 feint.

The second step after you made the 360 spin is to separate yourself from the player and accelerate in order to get away from the defender.

Danne use his body to protect the ball and finish off by stickhandle the ball to the right hand side of his body and turning the blade vertical in order to lift the ball with the top of his forehand side of the blade into the net.

The first feint Fredrik shows is simultaneously stick handling of the ball to the left of your body with a body move The third step after you made you move is to separate yourself from the player. Try not to stick handle the ball near the opposing player, move it to a safe place. Fredrik use his body to protect the ball.

Once completed step one to three the final step is acceleration. You must accelerate in order to get away from the person that you just deked out. Fredrik then mirror feint one depending on what side you prefer to deke the defender.

Every floorball player should know how to deke its opponents. First step is to always constantly be stickhandling the ball. Second step in a deke is the feint or the move.

In this feint Fredrik shows a shot or passing fake move then move the ball to a safe place away from the opposing player.

The final step is acceleration. You must accelerate in order to get away from the person that you just deked out.

Feint School 3

Every floorball player should know how to deke its opponents. First step is to always constantly be stickhandling the ball. Second step in a deke is the feint or the move.

The third feint Fredrik shows is a 360 Spin feint. Fredrik moves in towards the defender then quickly do a 360 Spin and move away from the opposing player. Fredrik move the ball to a safe place away from the oppsing player and protects it with his body.

In the final step Fredrik accelerate in order to get away from the person that he just deked out. Fredrik then mirror the 360 Spin feint. It is useful to be able to be able to do the 360 Spin from both sides depending on what side you need to deke the defender.
